What I do
I offer one-to-one movement and alignment coaching that supports how you move and live day to day.
My approach is person-centred and individual, shaped around your history, habits, environment, and goals. Using lifestyle-based movement, postural awareness, and targeted strengthening and stretching, I help you move with more ease, confidence, and capacity in daily life and the activities you enjoy.
Why I do this work
I’ve always loved being outdoors — walking, hiking, and spending time in nature. Movement has been a constant in my life, and over time I’ve learned how to move in ways that truly support me.
My background includes yoga and years of studying movement and alignment. Over time, my focus has shifted away from performance and aesthetics toward understanding how bodies adapt, cope, and thrive
Today, my work is about helping people feel more at home in their bodies — not by pushing harder, but by moving better, more often, and with greater awareness.
